On May 31, General Manager Liu Weimin organized all department managers to hold a mobilization meeting for the "Safety Production Month" activity to understand the current severe situation of hotel safety and learn from the experience and lessons of safety accidents; Call on all departments to carry out self-inspection of potential safety hazards and complete the self-inspection report within one week; It is determined to carry out the theme activity of Safety Production Month of Xintian International Hotel from June 1 to 30 in the whole hotel, with the theme of "abide by the safety production law, be the first responsible person", the general manager as the first responsible person, the managers of each department as the group leaders to implement the activities, and the security department is specifically responsible for all coordination and supervision work.
Pay attention to publicity and implement training
The Security Department has updated the knowledge of fire prevention, drowning prevention, theft prevention and robbery prevention in the staff bulletin board, and set up the four-color safety distribution map, fire safety commitment letter and self-built house safety hazard management and other safety knowledge in the hotel lobby; Invite professionals to conduct fire safety knowledge training and fire safety emergency evacuation drill for all staff of the hotel (including outsourcing departments), and implement pre-job safety training and special equipment safety emergency drill once a month as required.
Implement hidden danger rectification and pay attention to actual effect
There were 12 special safety inspections for the monthly safety production activities, and about 100 people participated in the inspections. All 23 potential safety hazards found had been rectified, and the rectification rate reached 100%.
Through this safety production month activity, all departments have planned, organized and targeted regular inspections and irregular patrols by personnel at all levels, making the hotel safety month activity more vivid and comprehensive, effectively promoting safety work, and providing a good environment for the stability of the hotel safety production.
