In 2022, the Hunan Tourism Hotel Vocational Skills Competition was held in Zhuzhou. Xintian International Hotel sent five people to participate in the competition on behalf of Xiangtan City. The Food and Beverage Department participated in two items: Chinese food and Western food table setting. Among them, the Chinese food table setting test item was divided into table setting, theme commentary, and point service. After many discussions, the theme of the banquet for the Chinese food table setting competition is "Huxiang Culture", which mainly depends on the local cultural characteristics of Xiangtan.

More than 140 historical and cultural celebrities have emerged in succession within the 40 square kilometers around Shaoshan. Xiangtan is the hometown of a generation of great men Mao Zedong, the founding father Peng Dehuai, the perfect man Zeng Guofan, the world's cultural celebrities and art giant Qi Baishi, "the father of children's music and pop songs" Li Jinhui, "the eight steeds of the Li family", the master of Chinese culture Wang Yiyun, and the revolutionary pioneer Luo Yinong.

Menu: The menu and menu name are the "four famous dishes" of famous people of Hunan culture, including Qi style, Li style, Mao style and Zeng style.
Theme design of banquet center:
Select the hidden mountains carved by hand, including sea of clouds, mountains and pine trees. Yinshan Mountain is located in Huangjingping, Paitou Township, with an altitude of 437m and a distance of 40km from the urban area of Xiangtan. It is also known as Longshan Mountain and Longwang Mountain, and is one of the four famous mountains in Xiangtan. Zhou Dunyi, a great scholar of the Northern Song Dynasty and a great rationalist, is famous for his seclusion and lecturing. He is also known as the source of Huxiang culture because Hu Anguo, a famous scholar of the Southern Song Dynasty, and Hu Hong's father and son taught here and founded Huxiang School. Zhu Houzhao, Emperor Zhengde of the Ming Dynasty, visited the south of the Yangtze River and wrote the imperial book "Hidden Mountains in the World".
