How to solve the problem of accommodation for so many people is a difficult problem. It is undoubtedly the best way to arrange in a hotel for the convenience of management and control, but there are few hotels in Zhuzhou with this size. Considering various factors, the Municipal Health and Health Commission finally decided to arrange the accommodation of the medical team at the Xintian International Hotel, Xiangtan, which is only 15 minutes away from the downtown of Zhuzhou.
Xintian Hotel actively assumed the social responsibility and responsibility of an enterprise at the first time of receiving the notice. From the noon of November 4, the general manager of the hotel presided over a special meeting after receiving the notice from the municipal party committee and the municipal government, and required all departments to fully cooperate in the logistics support work such as accommodation, meals, transportation, safety, etc. All departments will immediately cooperate with the Housekeeping Department to arrange 245 rooms as quickly as possible, cooperate with the working group to make all preparations in the shortest time, and settle all medical staff in around 16:00 p.m. In order to do a good job of logistics accommodation for the medical team during their stay in the hotel, the general manager of the hotel presided over a special meeting and requested all departments to fully cooperate in logistics support work.
During the stay, the medical team must arrive at the area in charge of Zhuzhou at 6:30 every morning to carry out nucleic acid detection, which means that the medical team will leave the hotel at 5:50, and the breakfast for more than 300 people must be ready before 5:40. The Food and Beverage Department will notify all departments to arrange personnel for assistance at the first time after receiving the notice. All departments will actively respond to the emergency and arrange personnel to gather at the breakfast hall at 4:00 in the morning. Through full cooperation, more than 300 breakfast will be packed and delivered to the designated place at 5:40.
The catering and kitchen carefully match the daily meals of medical staff to achieve balanced nutrition and ensure that each meal does not duplicate samples. Considering that everyone has different tastes, we also prepared the hotel's secret chopped pepper and fermented bean curd, which were unanimously praised by all the team members. In the middle of November, the temperature dropped sharply, worried that the medical team members would catch cold easily at work, and the kitchen prepared ginger tea for them every day. The steaming ginger tea warmed more than 300 hearts, making everyone feel the deep enthusiasm and warmth of Xintian. During the reception, almost every day there will be team members celebrating their birthdays. The kitchen specially prepared birthday cakes, noodles and flowers for everyone. I hope they can feel the warmth of "home" at this very moment.
The medical team belongs to the closed-loop management personnel, and there is a risk of infection. The room attendant is responsible for their sanitation and cleaning work, and also needs to work together in the closed-loop management. During the reception period, they cannot leave the hotel and cannot go home. No one flinched from receiving this task. They all actively cooperated with the whole hotel to create a good living environment for the guests.
On the afternoon of November 22, 2022, the Xiangtan Xintian International Hotel successfully completed the 19-day reception and security task for 331 medical staff members of Xiangtan Assistance to Zhuzhou. All staff members were unanimously recognized by all the staff members with their meticulous and considerate service.
